Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain at all. Serene Villas (which also manages Sunglow Villas) has great service staff. They provided options for sight-seeing, and we chose thier airport pickup too. It was convenient. The driver Adiputra spoke English well, and was helpful. The person who made our breakfast everyday (Ayu) was very hospitable. Ar suggestion would be to put some kind of air-conditioning in the common sitting area somehow – maybe using a portable AC.

Sun glow villa was tucked away from noise but 6 min walk to clubs restaurants there is a convenient shop 1 min walk away and next to that a laundry and massage place which was perfect for our needs. very beautiful villa massive rooms and bathrooms they light coils every day and they have a guest bathroom aswell. They have towels in your rooms and by the pool coffee machine and hot cold filtered water system for drinking. They have a speaker for music. ayu was our butler she came through every day to cook breakfast and went above and beyond to cater to our needs.

We loved everything about Sunglow Villa. From the moment we arrived in Bali, our driver Adi was there waiting for us at the airport, despite our late arrival. He was incredibly kind and helpful. Upon entering Sunglow, we immediately felt at home. The next morning, we woke up to find the lovely Ayu preparing an amazing breakfast for us. She made our stay incredibly enjoyable, and our kids adored her. The villa was spotless, and the daily breakfast was fantastic. We appreciated all the thoughtful extra touches. Thank you to Adi, Putu, and especially Ayu. We can’t wait to visit again.

Perfect Villa for a family vacation. Location is great and near to many restaurants & the beach. Villa was cleaned well daily. Putu & Ayu made sure we had everything we needed – from groceries, baby chair/bed, etc. Will definitely visit again.

We loved our stay at SunGlow Villa. It was spacious, accommodating two families with small children. The pool was great and pool fencing is available, a must with small children. The manager Putu was always available and happy to accommodate our requests. The butler, Ayu, cooked us amazing breakfast each day, with lots of options to chose from. Room service and in house massages were fantastic and easy to arrange. Walking distance to the main streets of Seminyak and a close walk to the beach. Comfortable beds, chill aircon. You will not be disappointed.

We had 2 families stay at sunglow villa. Both families had 2 adults and 1 child. Everyone had a really great time. The villa was awesome. It was clean and spacious. Beds were king beds and very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and large. Pool was great, the kids loved swimming every day and you get fresh towels daily. The kitchen had a large water filter next to the fridge that dispensed hot, chilled and room temp water. The bathrooms were replenished daily with clean water for teeth cleaning.
The room service menu was great, it had a good food selection which was tasty, you could also order massages to the room aswell as transport and other things. We have no complaints with the amenities at the villa.
The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. Anything we needed or wanted they were more than happy to help. The included breakfast everyday was so good, you just fill out a form the day before and tell them a time and they just show the next morning and cook it for you. Fresh juice and a hot breakfast every morning was a great way to start the day.

We all really enjoyed the experience and would definitely come back and recommend to others.

We stayed in the sister villa, Sunglow Villa (Seminyak), for a short getaway and it turned out to be one of the best choices made. The location was pretty good and allowed us to grab groceries/eat out/get a quick massage quite conveniently.

Ayu and Putu (as were the other staff like drivers and service crew) were really attentive and friendly, making the whole stay a pleasant experience. The daily breakfast was an additional bonus as it was made in the villa and Ayu made it a point to wait for everyone to be ready before making hot drinks so that it wouldn’t get cold too soon. The rooms and pool were well maintained and it was nice to return to a comfy and done up place every day after a long day out exploring.

Will definitely recommend this villa and will be back here again if we are in Seminyak!

Sun Glow villa was a dream. The bedrooms were very modern, clean and spacious. Super comfy bed and fluffy pillows. Each with their own bathroom, cold aircon and fans.The villa includes beautiful gardens and a big pool (which is very warm). The kitchen is large and perfect for couples or a big family! The butler Ayu is so kind and attentive and made our breakfast each morning at a time we chose. The food was very fresh and tasted delicious! She was lovely. The villa is situated in Seminyak not far from the main strip of restaurants and bars. We would 100% come back again. Thanks so much to Putu and Ayu for making our stay one to remember.

Stayed at Sunglow Villa for 6 nights – there were 6 adults and 3 kids (aged 6 months, 4 years and 7 years). The property was modern, beautiful, clean, spacious, comfortable and location was great yet quiet – convenience stores, shops and restaurants were close by. Above all, and more importantly, the service and staff were fantastic.

Before our arrival, we requested for pool fence, extra bed and airport transfers – all were provided with no issues. They even kindly provided international adaptors for our use in the villa. Most impressive and appreciated was the provision of pool floats and toys at the last minute which probably made the biggest difference to our stay. The young and old would not have been able to enjoy swimming or playing in the water as much as we did without those, so much so that we used the pool every single day (plus the weather was scorching!).

The drivers who did the airport transfers were friendly, and the vehicles were clean and comfortable. On arrival at the villa, Putu was very responsive to our queries and needs on-site. Ayu was amazing in preparing our breakfast daily (the menu was relatively extensive) and cleaned the rooms and bathrooms thoroughly. The in-villa BBQ service included decking out the villa in beautiful Bali decor which was a real delight and welcomed sight after returning from a full and long day outdoors.

Only suggestion is for the villa to provide paper towels in the kitchen as we had a baby and there was plenty of washing/cleaning. In addition, the open (non-enclosed) kitchen, living and dining areas may be a consideration for guests when the weather is very hot (there were fans).

Overall, highly recommended.

Our stay at SunGlow Villa was wonderful. My wife and two children had an amazing relaxed time.

The Villa it’s self is great and very well maintained. In a very convenient location. With everything very close, including a convenience store and good coffee shop.

The staff were great. Putu was a wonderful organised host, always happy to help and made our stay perfect . Ayu our Butler/house keeper was a highlight of our trip. She made my family and I a beautiful breakfast every morning, helped with any requests we had and made our room everyday.

All in all a wonderful stay. Great location. Great host and great people involved in our SunGlow Villa stay.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Seminyak

Beautiful, clean and well maintained villa. Our kids loved the pool and staff were amazing. This is our 4th stay in Seminyak and favourite accommodation so far. Easy walking distance to the main strip and everything you need. Ayu was so lovely and cooked delicious breakfast. We will be back.

The house is amazing. Three rooms with a double bed each, swimming pool in the middle. The garden offers alot of space, the furniture is a perfect select ion.

Exceptional – from the moment we arrived to the second we left we were treated with care and attention. The Villa is beautifully equipped with perfect set up for 3 adult couples. Putu and his team took extra care of us and the special celebrations for a 50th breakfast and our Balinese cultural evening was presented to perfection. Sunglow Villa was a really comfortable stay! The villa is clean, common areas and rooms are spacious, pool was very nice. Speakers were good and loud enough for the whole villa. The villa is also very conveniently located near the main bars and clubs in Seminyak and has a Circle K minimart right outside the villa. Will definitely recommend to friends.

We had a wonderful stay! Putu, the villa manager and his crew were hospitable and professional.

We encountered troubles with our driver locating villa on the first night. Putu and his crew not only guided but managed to locate us on the road and helped us reach the villa safely.

The villa is clean, tidy, nicely decorated with proper hardwood furniture and it comes with a full kitchen with appliances. It looks exactly like the photos posted.

The only downside is the location. All of our drivers/ Grab/ private hire cars had troubles finding it. It’s embedded within small streets on a narrow road. But it’s still good because it’s in the center of Seminyak, close to restaurants, bars, shops, and a 10-15 min walk to to beach, yet it’s quiet and private.

We highly recommend this villa for couples, friends, and it’s very kids friendly. Also, there is a 24 hrs Circle K right at the corner, which is very convenient ; )
